About the Role

Our client, a premier recruitment consultancy, is seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Recruitment Consultant to join their team in Mahikeng . This critical role involves managing key client accounts, leading challenging recruitment assignments, and contributing to the strategic growth of the consultancy in the North West province. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional recruitment solutions, from sourcing niche talent to negotiating offers, while also mentoring junior consultants. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a portfolio of clients, ensuring efficient and effective placements.


• Develop and implement sophisticated sourcing strategies to attract high-calibre candidates for specialized and senior roles.


• Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments, providing detailed feedback to clients.


• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key client and stakeholders.


• Negotiate employment terms and manage the onboarding process for placed candidates.


• Mentor and guide junior recruitment team members, sharing expertise and promoting best practices.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment consultancy, with a proven track record of success.


• Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and market dynamics across various industries.


• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.


• Demonstrated ability to manage complex recruitment projects and deliver results.


• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.


• Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or a related field is an advantage.
