Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive hygiene and sanitation policies and procedures.

• Monitor and manage cleaning schedules and the effectiveness of cleaning products and equipment.
• Investigate and resolve any hygiene-related issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of audits, training, and corrective actions taken.
• Stay up-to-date with relevant health and safety legislation and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Hygiene Officer or similar role, preferably in a food service, healthcare, or hospitality environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP) and general sanitation principles.
• Excellent auditing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and training abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
