Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate settlements with claimants or their representatives, ensuring adherence to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all claim-related activities and decisions in the company's claims management system.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Claims Assessor or in a similar claims handling role within the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, policy wordings, and relevant legislation.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in claims management software and standard office applications.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in insurance, law, or a related field is advantageous.
