Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full executive search lifecycle, from client briefing and market analysis to candidate identification, engagement, and offer management.


• Conduct extensive research and market mapping to identify potential candidates for senior and niche roles.


• Develop and execute sophisticated sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates at the executive level.


• Conduct thorough behavioral and competency-based interviews to assess candidate suitability and potential.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search or senior-level recruitment, preferably within a specialized consultancy.
