Area Manager

Our client is Hiring an Area Manager in George to cover the Southern and Eastern Cape Region.

Description:
We are seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Area Manager to represent our brand across the Southern and Eastern Cape regions.

In this field-based sales role, you will take full ownership of your territory - nurturing established stockist partnerships while aggressively hunting for new retail accounts. If you are an energetic closer who loves being out on the road, building face-to-face relationships, and driving revenue growth, this is your next big move.

Responsibilities:

• Nurture, maintain, and expand relationships with the existing retail client base across the territory.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities to grow market share.
• Plan travel schedules, routes, and client visits efficiently to maximize field presence and territory coverage.
• Conduct professional product presentations, showcase frame collections, and secure retail stock orders.
• Act as the primary brand ambassador, ensuring clients receive top-tier ongoing service and account support.

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• Proven sales experience within the Retail industry (essential).
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver's licence (essential).
• Flexibility and willingness to undertake regular regional travel across the Southern and Eastern Cape.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and deal-closing skills.
• Self-disciplined with excellent time management and territory route-planning ability.

Package & Remuneration

• Basic Salary: Market Related
• Commission: Attractive incentive structure (to be discussed)
• Travel: All work-related travel expenses are fully covered by the company
