We are seeking a dedicated HVAC Assistants to support our technicians in service, installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems (HVAC). This role is perfect for a hands-on individual eager to gain experience in a dynamic technical environment while ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING (KEY RESPONSIBILITIES)

As our HVAC Assistant, you will:

• Complying with Health and Safety Requirements
• Support Repairs and Maintenance
• Installation Support
• Equipment Maintenance
• General Site Preparation
• Team Collaboration
• Preventative Maintenance
• Site Setup and General Housekeeping

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

Experience:

• Minimum 2- years’ experience within the HVAC environment (beneficial)

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric (Mandatory)
• Valid Driver’s Licence (preferred but not mandatory)
• N1 – N4 in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering (advantageous)

• Basic Mechanical Understanding – Learn about machines, tools, and HVAC system components.
• Equipment Maintenance – Assist with troubleshooting and minor repairs under supervision.
