About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and independent Remote Real Estate Consultant to serve the Richards Bay area and its surroundings. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to manage your work from anywhere, provided you have a stable internet connection and can effectively serve clients in the KwaZulu-Natal region. You will be responsible for advising clients on property investments, market trends, and portfolio management. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent virtual communication skills, and a deep understanding of the property market. Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and consultation on real estate investments and market trends to remote clients.
• Analyze client needs and recommend suitable property investment opportunities across Richards Bay and its environs.
• Conduct virtual property assessments and market research using online tools and resources.
• Facilitate remote communication and deal structuring between buyers, sellers, and developers.
• Develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and referral sources online.
• Prepare and present detailed investment analysis reports and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Consultant , Investment Advisor, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the KwaZulu-Natal property market, particularly Richards Bay .
• Excellent virtual communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with remote work tools, CRM systems, and online research platforms.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage client relationships effectively from a distance.
• Relevant real estate or finance qualifications are highly advantageous.
