Project Manager/ Scrum Master

SUMMARY:
We are sourcing for a ICT Project Manager/ Scrum Master role.

POSITION INFO:
Manage end-to-end ICT projects from initiation to closure, including software development, infrastructure, system integration, cloud-based platforms, APIs, distributed systems and digital transformation initiatives. Develop and maintain project charters, project plans, schedules, milestones, registers, dependency logs, budget tracking information, status reports and close-out documentation. Facilitate Agile\/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives. Coach ICT teams, product owners and stakeholders on Agile principles, Scrum practices, transparency, inspection, adaptation and continuous improvement. Remove impediments, manage risks and issues, escalate critical decisions and coordinate resolution across ICT teams, business units, vendors and implementation partners. Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, deliverables, dependencies, benefits and governance compliance. Engage technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitate workshops, manage expectations and prepare executive-level reports and presentations. Support ICT project governance structures, steering committees, administrative controls, audit readiness and, where applicable, project asset, equipment or licence tracking. Qualifications Grade 12 or NQF Level 4. Degree or diploma in Information Systems and\/or Computer Science and\/or Software and\/or Information Technology and\/or, Engineering or a related technical field. Certified Scrum Master, Professional Scrum Master, SAFe Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification. Project Management certification is mandatory, for example PMBOK, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Project Management, Scrum or equivalent. At least five years' experience as a Scrum Master or ICT Project Manager \/ Scrum master's in technology-driven environments. Solid technical background working with software development, engineering, infrastructure or cross - functional ICT delivery teams. Experience managing multiple concurrent ICT projects, Agile squads or cross -functional delivery streams. Experience supporting delivery across software development, infrastructure, APIs, integrations, cloud-based platforms, distributed systems, CI\/CD or DevOps environments. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, hybrid delivery models and traditional project management methods.
