Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for key client accounts, ensuring timely and successful placements.

• Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews and reference checks, to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain strong, proactive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Provide expert market insights and recruitment advice to clients.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on progress to senior management and clients.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a consultancy.
• Proven success in managing recruitment processes for various roles and industries.
• Excellent interviewing, assessment, and candidate engagement skills.
• Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment law considerations.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
