Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging postgraduate courses in Educational Technology , leveraging digital tools and platforms.

• Supervise Master's and Doctoral students, providing guidance on research design and methodology.
• Collaborate with faculty across disciplines to foster interdisciplinary research initiatives and integrate technology into diverse curricula.
• Contribute to departmental administration and curriculum development, ensuring alignment with evolving educational standards and technological advancements.

Requirements

• A PhD in Education, Educational Technology, or a closely related field.
• A strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals and demonstrated experience in securing research grants.
• At least 5 years of experience in teaching and research at the university level, with a focus on educational technology .
• Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), multimedia production tools, and online learning environments.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to mentor students and collaborate effectively.
