Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive strategic sourcing plans for key spend categories.
• Lead cross-functional teams in sourcing projects, including RFx development and supplier selection.
• Conduct in-depth market research and supplier analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Negotiate high-value contracts and establish long-term, mutually beneficial supplier partnerships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sourcing function to achieve cost savings and enhance value.
• Manage supplier performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement, with a strong emphasis on category management.
• Proven experience in leading complex, global sourcing projects and negotiations.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing methodologies, risk management, and contract law.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven success in a remote work environment, demonstrating initiative and autonomy.
