Job Description

• Plan and organize daily dispatches to direct customers and branches nationwide.
• Coordinate delivery schedules with in-house drivers and contracted freight transport providers.
• Track daily shipments to make sure orders arrive safely and on time.
• Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to keep goods moving quickly.
• Ensure transport compliance for heavy technical hardware, machinery, and industrial supplies.
• Manage vehicle fleet maintenance schedules, road permits, and daily safety inspections.
• Resolve any delivery delays or customer transport queries quickly and professionally.

What You Need to Apply

• Proven experience managing outbound freight, vehicle fleets, and distribution warehouse operations.
• Solid background working within industrial supplies, hardware, technical engineering, or related distribution sectors.
• Practical experience working with modern warehouse management software and enterprise dispatch systems.
• A recognized qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Road Transport is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of South African road transport safety regulations and freight route planning.
• Good practical problem-solving skills under daily dispatch deadlines.
• A positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and strong team-player values.
