About the Role

Our client is seeking analytical and driven Graduate Supply Chain Analysts to join their operations team in East London. This role provides an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to gain practical experience in optimizing supply chain processes, inventory management, and logistics. You will work closely with experienced supply chain professionals to analyze data, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements that enhance operational performance. This position is essential for supporting the company’s supply chain strategy and requires full-time engagement at our East London location to facilitate site visits and team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
• Assist in managing inventory levels and optimizing stock distribution.
• Support logistics planning and coordination, including transportation and warehousing.
• Develop reports and presentations on supply chain performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline operations.
• Contribute to cost-saving initiatives and process improvement projects within the supply chain.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with supply chain software is a plus.
• Good understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
