About the Role

Our client is looking for a seasoned Energy Infrastructure Project Manager to spearhead critical projects within the North West province, based in Rustenburg. You will oversee the successful delivery of projects that are vital to regional energy security and development, ensuring they meet stringent quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of energy infrastructure projects, from initiation to closure.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and contractual obligations.
• Communicate project status and key decisions to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• A Master's degree or PMP certification is highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of proven experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects, with a significant portion in the energy sector.
• Demonstrated success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with risk management and stakeholder engagement in complex environments.
