About the Role

Our client is offering an exciting HR Intern opportunity within their Talent Acquisition team, based in Polokwane . This internship is designed for enthusiastic individuals looking to gain practical experience in recruitment processes, candidate sourcing, and HR administration. You will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and attracting top talent for various roles within the organization, gaining valuable insights into the recruitment lifecycle and contributing to the company's hiring goals within a supportive office environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist recruiters in posting job openings on various platforms and social media.
• Source potential candidates using various tools and databases.
• Screen resumes and applications against job requirements.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate logistics for candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate outreach and provide a positive candidate experience.
• Assist with HR administrative tasks related to recruitment and onboarding.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a team environment.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
