Duties and Responsibilities:

• General Responsibilities
  The role is to manage a retail outlet successfully. Working for the depot, the successful candidate will be in constant contact with his customers and staff. He is responsible for ensuring staff give great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the retail outlet.
  The role entails excessive travelling, promoting and marketing to ensure targets are met.
• Specific Functions
  • Sales turnover - Target driven
  • Ongoing marketing, sales research and analysis
  • Product analysis and marketing
  • Attend and promote at shows, exhibits and events
  • Stock control
  • Managing sales and daily functions of the depots
  • Personal time and task management
  • Manage depot vehicles and equipment
  • Manage all costs of the depots
• We need the following Key Points
  • Managerial experience within a fast pace retail outlet
  • Strong proven sales background
  • Knowledge of plumbing and building will be advantageous
  • Knowledge and use with hand and power tools
  • Must be physically fit with no underlying medical issues
  • Driver's license essential
  • Computer literacy a must
  • Must be of sober habits

Basic Salary R15 000
Commission
