About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of multiple social impact programs.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and efficient resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage program staff and project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Establish and monitor program goals and key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking progress and reporting on outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit sector.
