Dispatch Manager

Our client is seeking a seasoned Dispatch Manager to lead their dispatch operations in Rustenburg . In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient coordination and deployment of the company's transport fleet. You will ensure that all dispatch activities are executed promptly and accurately, optimizing routes and schedules to meet operational demands and customer requirements. This position requires strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of logistics and transportation management. You will be instrumental in driving performance and maintaining high service standards within the dispatch team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the daily activities of the dispatch team, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Develop and implement optimized routing and scheduling strategies for the company's vehicle fleet.
• Monitor driver performance, adherence to schedules, and compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with other departments, including sales, warehouse, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements
