Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Define and implement technical roadmaps, architectural designs, and development best practices.
• Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from conception and design to deployment and maintenance.
• Collaborate closely with product management and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of all developed software solutions.
• Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to enhance development efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in software development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Proven expertise in designing and implementing complex, scalable software systems.
• Strong command of multiple programming languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• In-depth knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience working in George .
