Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train catering staff, assigning tasks and ensuring efficient workflow during service.
• Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service delivery, maintaining strict quality control standards.
• Manage inventory of food, beverages, and supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and minimizing spoilage.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the catering operations.
• Liaise with clients and event organizers to confirm details and address any immediate needs or concerns during events.
• Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance, upcoming events, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in catering supervision or food service management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills for client and staff interactions.
