Sales Representative - FMCG

About the Role

Our client is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Representative to expand their market presence in the Mossel Bay area for their FMCG products. This role involves building strong relationships with existing clients and prospecting new business opportunities within the retail and wholesale sectors. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with retailers and distributors.
• Identify new business opportunities and actively prospect for new clients.
• Present and sell products to potential customers, highlighting features and benefits.
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and competitor intelligence.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Representative , preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the Mossel Bay market and its retail landscape.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the territory.
