Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver engaging, high-quality lesson plans for senior secondary mathematics courses.

• Mentor and guide junior teachers, sharing expertise and pedagogical strategies.

Requirements

• A relevant Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or a related field, with a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE).
• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience at the secondary school level, with a proven track record of student achievement.
• In-depth knowledge of the national mathematics curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage diverse learners.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in using educational technology tools for teaching and assessment.
