Senior UX/UI Designer

About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior UX/UI Designer to enhance user experiences for their digital platforms within the Arts & Entertainment sector. This role, based in Nelspruit , operates under a flexible hybrid model, allowing for a productive balance between remote work and in-office collaboration. You will be instrumental in translating user needs and business requirements into intuitive, engaging, and aesthetically pleasing interfaces. Your expertise in user-centered design principles and visual design will drive the development of seamless digital products that captivate users and elevate our client's brand. This is a key position for a design leader passionate about creating exceptional digital journeys.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design process for user interfaces, ensuring they are intuitive, accessible, and visually appealing.
• Conduct user research, create personas, map user journeys, and develop wireframes and prototypes.
• Translate complex requirements into elegant and user-friendly design solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to implement design strategies.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency across digital products.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a UX/UI Designer , with a strong portfolio showcasing successful digital product designs.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design.
• Experience designing for the Arts & Entertainment industry is a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting, managing tasks both remotely and in the office.
