About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to join their expanding team, working remotely to cover the Eastern Cape region including East London . This role is designed for a driven individual who can effectively manage client relationships and drive sales of automotive parts and accessories. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best solutions from our comprehensive product catalog. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular visits to existing and potential clients, including garages, workshops, and dealerships.
• Present and sell a wide range of automotive parts and accessories, highlighting product features and benefits.
• Manage customer accounts, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upsells.
• Process orders accurately and coordinate with internal teams for timely delivery.
• Stay updated on automotive industry trends, new products, and competitor offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or a similar client-facing sales role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and the aftermarket industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and travel as needed within the Eastern Cape region.
• Proficiency with CRM software and order processing systems.
• A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential for client visits.
