About the Role

Our client is looking for an ambitious and results-oriented Telecom Sales Representative to join their growing commercial team based in Rustenburg . This position is key to driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the telecommunications sector. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new leads through prospecting, networking, and cold outreach in the North West region.
• Conduct needs assessments with prospective clients to understand their telecommunications requirements.
• Present and demonstrate company products and services effectively to potential customers.
• Negotiate contract terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery post-sale.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical products and explain them in a clear, concise manner.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
• A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
