Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies for client projects.
• Conduct stakeholder analyses and assess organizational readiness for change.

• Identify and manage resistance to change, fostering buy-in and adoption at all levels.
• Measure the effectiveness of change initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or project management.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Kotter's 8-Step Process).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical, actionable plans.
