About the Role

You will work closely with research and manufacturing teams to ensure efficient and reproducible bioprocesses. Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize fermentation processes for microbial cultures.
• Monitor and control fermentation parameters to ensure optimal growth and product yield.
• Perform downstream processing and purification of target biomolecules.
• Conduct process validation and scale-up studies from laboratory to pilot scale.
• Analyze process data and identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with upstream biology teams and downstream processing groups.
• Ensure compliance with **Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)** and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Master's degree or Ph.D. in Biochemical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in microbial fermentation process development and optimization.
• Strong understanding of **bioreactor design** and operation.
• Experience with analytical techniques for characterizing fermentation products.
• Knowledge of aseptic techniques and microbial containment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
