About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Beautician & Esthetician to oversee and deliver exceptional skincare and beauty treatments at their upscale salon in Rustenburg. This leadership role involves not only performing a wide array of esthetic services but also mentoring junior staff and contributing to the overall client experience and service quality. You will be instrumental in curating treatment menus, managing inventory for skincare products, and ensuring that the salon environment reflects luxury and professionalism. The ideal candidate is a master of skincare techniques, possesses strong leadership qualities, and is passionate about enhancing client confidence through personalized beauty solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced facial treatments, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and other esthetic procedures.
• Conduct thorough skin analysis and provide personalized recommendations for treatments and home care routines.
• Train and guide junior beauticians and estheticians, ensuring adherence to high service standards.
• Manage inventory of skincare products and professional supplies, placing orders as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation regulations within the treatment areas.

Requirements

• Professional certification as an Esthetician or Cosmetologist.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in beauty and skincare treatments.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a salon or spa setting is highly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of various skincare products, ingredients, and treatment technologies.
• Exceptional client consultation skills and the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
