Icebolethu FSP, a division of Icebolethu Group, is currently in search of suitable candidate to fill the position of Branch Supervisor. The position is available on a permanent basis within the FSP, a Divisionof Icebolethu Group.

• Retention of clientele
• Supervising and managing daily branch operations
• Leading, coaching, and mentoring sales teams to achieve targets
• Setting and monitoring individual and team sales goals
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Handling escalated customer queries and resolving complaints effectively
• Implementing sales strategies and promotional campaigns
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
• Overseeing risk management and ensuring proper documentation processes
• Driving customer service excellence and improving client satisfaction levels
• Grade 12
• 2 – 3 years’ experience in financial services
• Business Management, Marketing, or related tertiary qualifications
• Clear ITC
• Clear criminal record
• Own reliable transport and cell phone
• RE–5 or RE-1 Qualification will be an advantage
• Have proven success in the Marketing of Life Assurance experience
