Recruitment Consultant - Sales

About the Role

Our client, a respected recruitment consultancy operating in Upington , is seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant with a focus on Sales roles. This is an office-based position where you will be instrumental in connecting businesses with top sales talent. You will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the firm's success in the Northern Cape region. This role is perfect for an ambitious individual who enjoys a dynamic, client-facing environment and possesses excellent persuasive and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of sales positions, from entry-level to senior management.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, understanding their sales team requirements and company culture.
• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring efficient and effective placements.
• Utilize effective sourcing strategies to attract a high caliber of sales professionals.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate sales aptitude, communication skills, and cultural fit.
• Provide market insights on sales talent availability and compensation trends.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruitment or a client-facing sales role.
• Demonstrated understanding of sales roles and the skills required for success.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is beneficial.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude and a commitment to achieving placement targets.
