About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Real Estate Advisor to join their prominent team in Rustenburg. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial and residential property markets, with a focus on providing expert advice to investors and developers. You will be responsible for market analysis, property acquisition strategies, and portfolio management. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth market research and feasibility studies for potential property investments.
• Develop and implement strategic acquisition and disposal plans for the company's property portfolio.

• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, developers, and local authorities in North West.
• Oversee the negotiation and closing of complex real estate transactions.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and investment committees.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial or residential real estate, investment, or development.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills relevant to property investment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-value real estate transactions.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship management abilities.
• A professional designation or degree in a relevant field (e.g., finance, property studies, economics).
• Familiarity with the property market dynamics in Rustenburg and the surrounding regions.
