Key Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare flight schedules, considering weather, air traffic, aircraft performance, and operational constraints.
• Calculate and manage fuel requirements for all flights, ensuring adequate reserves.
• Monitor flight progress in real-time, providing updates and instructions to flight crews as needed.
• Analyze meteorological data and operational information to identify and mitigate potential flight risks.
• Ensure compliance with all national and international aviation regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and operational records, including emergency procedures and communication protocols.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Flight Dispatcher or equivalent role in aviation operations.
• Valid Flight Dispatcher License or equivalent certification (e.g., FAA Aircraft Dispatcher Certificate, EASA Flight Operations Officer).
• Comprehensive knowledge of aviation regulations, meteorology, navigation, and aircraft performance.
• Excellent decision-making abilities, particularly under pressure, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with flight planning software and communication systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote setting.
