Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive enterprise risk management (ERM) strategies and policies.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and propose mitigation plans.
• Monitor and analyze emerging risks, including financial, operational, strategic, and compliance risks.
• Develop and maintain risk registers and key risk indicators (KRIs).
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and legal requirements.
• Prepare regular risk reports for senior management and the board of directors.
• Lead risk management training and awareness programs for employees.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience (7+ years) in risk management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
• Deep understanding of risk assessment methodologies, frameworks (e.g., COSO), and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities, with experience presenting to executive levels.
• Professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, or PRM are highly desirable.
