You will support the Store Manager in operational tasks, provide guidance to associates, and help maintain store standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for leading a team to achieve targets in a fast-paced retail setting, contributing to the overall success of the branch and enhancing customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve individual and store sales goals.
• Assist customers, provide product information, and ensure a high level of service.
• Monitor sales performance, identify trends, and report findings to management.
• Ensure the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and adheres to company standards.
• Handle customer issues and escalations effectively and professionally.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Retail Supervisor or lead sales role is required.
