About the Role

Our client is seeking a vigilant and detail-oriented Fraud Analyst to join their financial crime prevention unit in Mahikeng. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time transactions and customer activities for signs of fraudulent behavior.
• Investigate potentially fraudulent activities, gather evidence, and document findings thoroughly.

• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, customer service, legal) to resolve fraud cases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Criminology, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Experience (2+ years) in fraud analysis, risk management, or a related role within the banking or financial services sector.
• Familiarity with fraud detection techniques, typologies, and relevant technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and case documentation.
