Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Extensive experience (7+ years) in recruitment consultancy, with a significant portion in a leadership or senior specialist role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level and niche positions.
- Exceptional understanding of talent market trends, particularly within the Western Cape .
- Strong business acumen and the ability to advise clients on strategic workforce planning.
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience is highly desirable.
