Key Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments to identify areas of pain, tension, and specific therapeutic needs.
• Develop and implement personalized massage treatment plans utilizing various modalities such as deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and trigger point therapy.
• Perform professional massage sessions, ensuring client comfort, safety, and relaxation throughout each treatment.
• Educate clients on the benefits of massage therapy and provide guidance on self-care practices and stretching.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting treatments and progress.
• Adhere to all professional and ethical standards, including maintaining a clean and tranquil treatment space.

Requirements

• Professional certification from an accredited massage therapy program.
• Minimum of 4 years of practical experience as a licensed Massage Therapist.
• Proficiency in a range of massage techniques, with specialized knowledge in deep tissue and sports massage preferred.
• Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively consult with clients.
• Valid professional liability insurance and relevant local licenses/registrations.
