Our client is looking for a charismatic and efficient Front Desk Supervisor to lead their guest services team at a stylish boutique hotel in Durban . You will supervise front desk operations, manage guest relations, and ensure the highest standards of service are consistently met. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the front desk team, ensuring efficient check-in/check-out processes.
• Train, mentor, and motivate front desk staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating as needed.
• Manage reservations, room allocations, and ensure accuracy in the Property Management System (PMS).
• Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures related to guest services and front desk operations.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and coordinated guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Front Desk Agent or Supervisor, preferably in a boutique or upscale hotel setting.
• Strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and reservation software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership capabilities with the ability to train and inspire a team.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hybrid remote administrative capabilities.
