About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive HR support to employees and managers remotely, addressing inquiries on policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Assist in the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding new hires for our remote workforce .
• Manage and maintain employee records in the HRIS system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs.
• Contribute to the administration of compensation and benefits, including payroll processing support.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations across different jurisdictions if applicable.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist, preferably in a remote or distributed environment.
• Proficiency with HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adapted for remote interaction.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
