About the Role

Our client seeks an experienced and dedicated Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to oversee pharmaceutical clinical trials across various sites, operating remotely with potential travel to Centurion and surrounding research facilities. You will be instrumental in ensuring the successful execution of clinical studies by monitoring trial conduct, data integrity, and regulatory compliance. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of clinical trial processes and a commitment to patient safety and data quality. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor assigned clinical trial sites to ensure adherence to protocol, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct site initiation, interim monitoring, and close-out visits.
• Verify accuracy, completeness, and integrity of clinical data through source data verification.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with site staff and investigators.
• Identify and report adverse events and protocol deviations promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a life science, nursing, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a CRA in pharmaceutical clinical research.
• Thorough knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with various phases of clinical trials (Phase I-IV).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
