About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Wireless Network Specialist to join their team remotely. This role is pivotal in designing, implementing, and managing robust wireless communication systems. You will be instrumental in ensuring reliable and secure wireless connectivity across various platforms and devices, supporting the company's expanding digital services. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement secure and scalable wireless network solutions , including Wi-Fi, cellular, and point-to-point links.
• Configure and manage wireless controllers, access points, and network security devices.
• Monitor wireless network performance, diagnose issues, and implement timely resolutions.
• Conduct site surveys and RF analysis to optimize wireless coverage and capacity.
• Stay abreast of emerging wireless technologies and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in wireless network administration and design.
• Proficiency with wireless security protocols (WPA2/3, EAP, RADIUS).
• Experience with RF planning tools and network analysis software.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS.
