About the Role Our client is looking for an outgoing and charismatic Retail Brand Ambassador to represent their innovative products at their retail presence in Sandton, Gauteng . You will be responsible for engaging customers, educating them about the brand's offerings, driving product demonstrations, and creating a positive brand experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for the brand, and the ability to connect with customers on a personal level, enhancing brand visibility in the upscale Sandton market.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers on the sales floor, providing compelling information about brand products and features.
• Conduct product demonstrations and answer customer questions enthusiastically.
• Promote special offers, events, and loyalty programs to drive customer engagement.
• Create a positive and memorable brand experience for all customers.
• Gather customer feedback and insights to share with the marketing and sales teams.
• Assist with store presentation and merchandising related to brand promotion.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role , such as sales, promotions, or brand ambassadorship.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• An energetic, positive, and outgoing personality.
• Passion for the brand and its products.
• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and potentially some evenings.
• Professional appearance and presentation.
