You will work independently, leveraging advanced analytical tools to map current processes, identify areas of inefficiency, and propose actionable improvements. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation for existing and proposed workflows.
• Gather and analyze operational data to quantify performance metrics and identify trends.
• Recommend and document process changes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Collaborate with department heads and team members virtually to understand operational challenges and implement solutions.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering , Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in process analysis, operations analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple analytical projects effectively in a remote setting.
