Key Responsibilities
- Partner with departmental leaders to identify HR needs and develop tailored strategies to address them.
- Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Ensure compliance with South African labor legislation and company policies.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Business Partner role.
- Proven track record in employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management.
- In-depth knowledge of South African labor law (BCEA, LRA, EEA).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data analysis.
