Our client, operating in the arts, entertainment, and industries, is seeking a proactive and experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple site operations across the Western Cape. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead site roll-outs, optimize revenue, and foster strong relationships in a vibrant and growing sector. Duties: Coordinate and ensure the successful site and LPM roll-out in accordance with standards, policies, and procedures Facilitate the correct positioning of LPMs, select games and denominations in collaboration with the Technical department Manage nomination processes, registrations, and training bookings for key and gaming employees Supervise and manage site start-up and cash-up processes to ensure compliance with WCGRB regulations Build and maintain relationships with premises owners, employees, customers, WCGRB, and local government authorities Conduct site visits for business development, GGR maximisation, and compliance checks Coordinate site promotions and manage revenue generation strategies Prepare monthly reports and handle administrative tasks related to site operations Requirements: Grade 12 and relevant tertiary qualifications Extensive experience in analysing market trends and interpreting financial statistics Valid Code 8 driver’s licence Strong planning, adaptability, and innovative thinking skills Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict management abilities Proven negotiation skills Familiarity with the following: Gaming industry regulations and compliance standards Site management and operational procedures Revenue maximisation strategies What We'll Give You: A full-time on-site position with a reputable organization An engaging work environment within the vibrant Western Cape Opportunities for professional development and growth Competitive salary package (details available upon application) Are you ready to make a strategic impact and lead successful site operations across the Western Cape?
