Senior Ladieswear Buyer to join a growing retail apparel business.We're looking for a commercially minded professional with at least 5 years' fashion retail buying experience, proven range-building expertise, and a flair for identifying trends that drive sales and profitability.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities: Develop and build commercially successful seasonal product ranges Research local and international fashion trends and competitor activity Source and develop innovative products aligned with customer needs Analyse sales, margins, stock performance and retail KPIs to maximise profitability Negotiate with suppliers to achieve target costs, quality and delivery Manage the product development process from concept to delivery Work closely with Planning, QA, Marketing and other departments to ensure successful product launches Conduct market research and translate customer insights into winning product ranges Mentor junior team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as a Senior Buyer within a fashion retail environment Proven product development and range-building experience Strong commercial, analytical and negotiation skills Experience managing sales, margins and stock performance Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills Relevant qualification in Fashion, Retail Buying, Merchandising or similar advantageous
