Job Description

• The Fuel Attendant is responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and safe service to customers at the fuel station. This includes dispensing fuel, maintaining cleanliness of the forecourt, assisting customers with basic vehicle needs, handling cash and card transactions, and ensuring compliance with all safety and operational procedures.

Requirements

• Grade 12 / NQF 4
• Previous Fuel Attendant / Service Station experience will be highly advantageous
• Clean criminal record
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Numerate
• Able to perform well under pressure
• Reliable, honest, and customer-oriented
• Precise and accurate

Duties and Responsibilities

• Balance Fuel sales after every end of shift
• Identify discrepancies and be able to solve Problems
• Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
• Ensuring customers receive the correct fuel as requested
• Processing cash and card transactions accurately
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming forecourt environment
• Assisting customers with basic vehicle-related needs
• Adhering to all safety, operational, and compliance procedures
