Costing Analyst

A prestigious and well-established vineyard in the heart of Franschhoek is seeking a highly analytical Costing Analyst to join their finance team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop maintain and monitor product costing models across vineyard and production operations.
• Analyse production operational and manufacturing costs to identify trends variances and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare detailed cost reports and profitability analyses for management.
• Assist with budgeting forecasting and financial planning processes.
• Assist in the development and implementation of costing policies procedures and internal controls.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting Finance Cost & Management Accounting or a related field.
• CIMA qualification or studies towards CIMA will be highly advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years experience
• Experience within agriculture manufacturing FMCG wine production or a production-driven environment will be advantageous.
• Strong understanding of costing principles inventory management and financial analysis.
