INTERNATIONAL CAREER OPPORTUNITY
ELECTRICAL ENGINEER RENEWABLE ENERGY & MINING

An international organisation is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to support major renewable-energy power-generation and mining projects across multiple jurisdictions.

REMUNERATION

• USD 10000 per month

• USD 10000 annual 13th cheque

• Initial 24-month consulting contract

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide electrical engineering expertise across renewable-energy and mining projects.

• Support the design development and implementation of electrical infrastructure.

• Work on renewable-energy thermal-power and mining-related electrical systems.

• Review technical designs specifications feasibility studies and project documentation.

• Oversee electrical installations commissioning maintenance and system optimisation.

• Ensure projects comply with international engineering safety and regulatory standards.

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering commercial and project teams.

• Engage with contractors consultants investors and other project stakeholders.

• Conduct technical assessments and identify project risks and practical solutions.

• Travel internationally to project sites and business locations as required.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline.

• Professional engineering registration or eligibility for registration would be advantageous.

• Strong experience within renewable energy power generation mining or large-scale infrastructure projects.

• Sound knowledge of electrical design power systems distribution protection and control systems.

• Experience working across the project lifecycle from feasibility and design through to implementation and commissioning.

• Previous exposure to international or African projects would be highly advantageous.

• Strong commercial awareness leadership ability and stakeholder-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A valid passport and willingness to travel internationally are essential.

IMPORTANT

International travel is a non-negotiable requirement. Candidates must be able and willing to travel regularly and work across different countries and project environments.
