About the Role

Our client, a leading recruitment consultancy, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant specializing in Executive Search to join their team in Klerksdorp . This role is critical for identifying and placing senior leadership talent within the North West province and beyond. You will leverage your extensive network and expertise in executive search methodologies to partner with organizations on their most critical hiring needs, ensuring the delivery of top-tier candidates who will drive strategic success for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive executive search assignments for C-suite and senior management positions.
• Develop and execute effective search strategies to identify and attract high-caliber leadership talent.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.
• Perform rigorous candidate assessments, including behavioral interviews and reference checks.
